We had a great experience working with Fatou. We started our search not really knowing what we wanted. We had a vague idea about an area we thought we wanted to explore and that was it. We went into the search very open-minded and very confused ( or as some would say, with very broad requirements). Fatou was beyond patient with us, never said no to any requests we had, always answered all of our questions, and stayed tightly connected with us at all times during our search. Fatou is professional to the core, knows how to handle difficult situations, is extremely diligent, possesses strong ethical values, and is simply a pleasure to deal with. If it wasn’t for Fatou, we would have given up on the search for our next home, as it was probably the most difficult circumstance trying to buy a perfect home during a pandemic, but she guided us through it. Fatou was not looking for a quick transaction and just close on any house, instead, it was solely due to her commitment to us and understanding of our needs and desires that she navigated us away from what would have been a mistake purchase (looking back). It meant we had to start from the beginning, but she didn’t mind and was ready to continue the search with us for as long as it was required. We would absolutely recommend Fatou for her commitment, passion, and love for her job! With Fatou by your side, you would be in great hands!

My wife and I worked with Fatou for several years as we looked for our perfect home in New Canaan. What stands out the most was that we always felt that she was on our side and solely interested in helping us find the perfect home for us. Over time she really got to know us to learn what we were looking for and what would work for our family. Importantly, she is also incredibly knowledgeable about the town and really helped us shape our view of what we wanted. When it came to making our offer and negotiating through our contract and the closing process she was there every step of the way and as first-time home buyers it made the process much less anxiety-producing. Fatou was an absolute pleasure to work with. When my husband and I were planning to move from The Upper East Side to New Canaan, we had no idea what to expect with our first house-buying experience!
